Overview

Suntory Global Spirits is one of the world's largest premium spirits companies, with prestige brands sold and served across the globe. The Founders Prestige Academy is its internal education program: the platform where Suntory's own employees learn to represent those brands at the highest level.

The Challenge

Prestige spirits aren't sold on specs; they're sold on story, craft, and heritage. Giving employees across global markets that fluency takes more than an off-the-shelf corporate LMS: it takes a platform whose design, content, and learning experience match the luxury standard of the brands themselves, and that can certify employee capability consistently across regions.

Our Approach

We built the Founders Prestige Academy as a fully custom platform, managing the program end to end from concept through launch and into ongoing operation. Curriculum was developed with Dr. Daniel Langer, a Global Top 5 luxury key opinion leader, and delivered through interactive learning, assessments, and employee certification systems, wrapped in a web experience designed to feel like the brands it teaches.

Results

Suntory employees around the world now train and certify on a scalable platform that elevates capability, strengthens brand positioning, and improves operational efficiency across the company's global teams. The engagement is active and ongoing; New Block continues to manage and evolve the Academy.
